In <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">17\/18 500 course in L<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">earn had recorded lectures. In <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2019,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the number is 1605.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With lecture r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ecording implemented <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">university-wide,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> negative comments on the lack of<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a central<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> lecture recording <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">service <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">are no longer appearing in the NSS.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A focused study was undertaken in the Medical School and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">among the benefits discussed, the most common was the use of lecture recordings to enhance or complement students\u2019 learning practices, such as revision, clarification purposes, and especially learning in their own time.\u00a0 Staff participants perceived lecture recordings as an accessibility tool, which can be useful for students who may struggle to learn, e.g. those with learning adjustments.
