That&#8217;s 10% higher than in the rest of ISG and a clear message to the director and managers.\u00a0\u00a0 We are in the midst of our annual processes for ADR, reward and recognition ( more than 20 staff have been nominated for lumpsum payments or increments) and we already have programmes for innovation, staff development and equality and diversity.
