No rights reserved by me.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Following my various forays to <a href=\"http:\/\/thinking.is.ed.ac.uk\/melissa\/2015\/02\/08\/european-community-engagement\/\">Brussels for LERU<\/a>,\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/thinking.is.ed.ac.uk\/melissa\/2015\/05\/19\/events-dear-boy-events\/\">Mons for e-moocs<\/a> and Lillehammer for Norwegian LifelongLearning, I am heading off to the bright nights of\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chalmers.se\/en\/conference\/moocs2016\/Pages\/program.aspx\">MOOCs in Scandinavia 2016<\/a> on June 09-10th.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second conference on MOOCs in Scandinavia , it will take place at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. The conference is organized by a collaboration of Chalmers, Karolinska Institutet, Lund University,\u00a0Uppsala University and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n<p>You can read about the conference on their website.\u00a0 You may not know a lot about Scandinavian MOOCs, but you must know they are going to be beautiful, elegant, design-led classics. You should start collecting now.<\/p>\n<p>The conference in Lillehammer <a href=\"http:\/\/virtualglobetrotting.com\/map\/lilyhammer-nightclub\/view\/google\/\">featured a TV nightclub<\/a> and an <a href=\"http:\/\/vasterbottensost.com\/en\/inspiration\/the-history-of-the-cheese-slicer\/\">innovative cheese slice<\/a>.\u00a0 The Gothenburg programme features dinner and mingling in an underwater tunnel.
